1. Who we are

This website (posmesg.com) is operated by Shanghai Blue Bull Technology Co., Ltd. (“Blue Bull”, “we”, “us”). We provide point-of-sale marketing materials, smart displays and related services to FMCG brands and retailers, with teams in Asia and Europe (including Luxembourg).

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and keep the site running.

• Information you send us: when you use the quote / contact form — your name, email, phone number, country, your role (brand owner, retailer or wholesaler) and the message you write.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe in the footer.
• Technical data: the IP address, browser, device and pages requested, recorded in server and security logs by our hosting providers when you visit.
• Language preference: a cookie remembering the language you chose (see section 5).

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

• reply to enquiries and prepare quotes, prototypes and proposals;
• send our newsletter, only to people who subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time;
• keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems;
• meet legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (EU / UK visitors)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (newsletter, and the form you submit); our legitimate interest in running and securing the website and answering business enquiries; and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use one first-party cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language for up to one year. It contains no personal data. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or social-media pixels on this website.

Third-party content (section 6) may set its own technical cookies or receive your IP address when it loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them, but your language choice will not be remembered.

6. Services we use

Some data is processed by service providers acting for us:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website, provides security and bot protection.
• Managed WordPress hosting — runs our content system, receives the quote / contact form you submit and sends you an automatic confirmation e-mail.
• Our WordPress system with its e-mail service (FluentCRM / SMTP provider) — stores enquiries and subscribers and sends our replies and newsletter.
• Google Fonts and Fontshare — deliver web fonts, so your browser connects to their servers and they receive your IP address.
• Google Maps — shows an office map on the Contact page; Google receives usage data when the map loads.
• YouTube — some pages link to our videos; YouTube’s policy applies once you open them.

7. Sharing and international transfers

We share personal data only with the providers above and with our group teams and partners who need it to answer your request (for example the regional office handling your country). Because we operate in several countries, your data may be processed outside the one where you live — including China, Luxembourg / the EU and other places where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Our pages may link to other websites (for example social networks, videos or partner sites). We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices — please read their policies. We also never ask for passwords or payment details by email.

8. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. We may keep data longer where the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, China’s PIPL, Japan’s APPI, Vietnam’s data-protection decree or Malaysia’s PDPA), you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• correct or update it, or ask us to delete it;
• object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
• data portability, where applicable;
• complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Security

Data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and is stored with providers that apply access controls and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information (such as payment details or ID numbers) through the form.

11. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
